Desserts of this luxurious pudding are made by Marc Guilbert, chef at Lindeth Howe Country House Hotel in Cumbria, England. Pudding is made from four types of Belgian chocolate mixed with peaches, oranges, and whiskey. Above the pudding, there is a beautiful ornament of gold leaf and caviar.
